Ken Peirson Sr. started in the flooring business over 40 years ago starting as a helper and quickly working up to lead installer. After contracting for a number of years, he opened Carpet Castle Inc in Toms River and that started our family business. Ken Sr. has worked with countless varieties of flooring over the years and brings all of that experience to every flooring project in the form of proper flooring selection, installation quality and after installation care and maintenance.

Ken Peirson Jr. is a 2nd generation flooring professional who currently owns and operates Carpet Castle Inc. with his father & sister. Ken left the family business for a number of years and successful started and operated his own custom flooring installation company. Ken also worked as a Technical Installation Specialist for Congoleum, a major vinyl floor manufacturer, performing both product testing and installation training across the US and in England.
